Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use for the Paid Subscription (as defined below) between EVEDEX (“Evedex”, “we,” “us” and “our”) and a user (the “User”). This Agreement supplements our Terms of Use applicable to you.
By paying for the Paid Subscription, the User confirms that the User has read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and Terms of Use.
EVEDEX paid subscription provides access to exclusive benefits and enhanced features in addition to the Loyalty Program (as defined below), which the User understands and accepts.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Appendix — an integral part of this Agreement, which describes in detail all services and benefits under the Paid Subscriptions.
1.2. Loyalty Program – the basic, free rewards system that allows Users to receive benefits based on their activity on the Platform. Participation in the Program begins automatically upon accessing the Platform. Details of the Loyalty Program are available on the Platform
1.3. Paid Subscription — services and benefits provided to the User by EVEDEX or its counterparts, assigned by EVEDEX, for a fee for a specific period under this Agreement.
1.4. Platform — our EVEDEX platform, available through the web version or the app.
1.5. Skill Point (SP) — An internal system unit awarded to the User under the Loyalty Program.
1.6. User — an individual who has purchased the Paid Subscription and uses the Platform.
2. Paid Subscriptions
2.1. By purchasing the Paid Subscription, the User will receive services and benefits as specified in the Appendix.
2.2. Payment is made according to the procedures and methods indicated on the Platform.
2.3. The Platform may offer an auto-renewal feature. In this case, if recurrent payment is supported by the chosen method, the payment for the next period will be charged automatically unless the User cancels the Paid Subscription before the end of the current paid period.
2.4. Services and benefits under the Paid Subscription related to this Agreement may be provided by EVEDEX or its affiliates or counterparties.
3. Cancellation
3.1. The User may cancel the renewal of the Paid Subscription at any time in their profile settings. The Paid Subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3.2. All benefits provided under the Paid Subscription are valid strictly until its expiration date. Upon the expiration of the Paid Subscription, all benefits provided by it are forfeited.
3.3. Skill Points awarded as part of the Paid Subscription are temporary and are forfeited when the subscription ends.
3.4. If, at the time the subscription expires, the User has already spent the Skill Points from that subscription to acquire bonuses ("artifacts"), a grace period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days is granted to renew the Paid Subscription at the same or a higher tier.
3.5. If the Paid Subscription is not renewed within the grace period, EVEDEX has the right to revoke the benefits and bonuses that the User obtained by spending the Skill Points from the expired Paid Subscription.
4. Refunds
4.1. All charges for Paid Subscription are non-refundable. It is not possible to get a “partial refund” if the User wishes to cancel their Paid Subscription – it will remain valid until the end of its purchased period.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. EVEDEX provides all services and features on an "as is" basis. EVEDEX does not guarantee that the Loyalty Program and Paid Subscription will meet the User's specific goals or expectations.
5.2. EVEDEX reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement and its Appendices, including the list of bonuses as well as the Paid Subscription costs and content. If any changes are made, they will be published on the Platform. Please regularly check the latest information posted on the Platform to inform yourself of any changes. Your continued use of, access to the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
5.3. The User undertakes to monitor changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes the User's acceptance of the new terms.
5.4. If Users violates this Agreement or our Terms of Use, EVEDEX has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.
5.5. EVEDEX may at any time assign any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without reference by serving a notice to you, which takes effect upon the delivery of such notice.
5.6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Access to EVEDEX Academy materials.
5 Skill Points (provided one time upon first subscription).
Dedicated support manager on the Platform.
Special profile customization options and "EVEDEX Prime" status for user profile on the Platform. In addition to design feature, the “EVEDEX Prime” status allows you to obtain:
Additional 5% to cashback provided by other entity; and
Additional 5% to affiliate commissions provided under the Affiliate Agreement by other entity.
