Referral Rocket Event Rules

Event Details: Referral Rocket

Event Period: From 22 December 2025 12:00:00 pm (UTC) to 05 January 2026 11:59:59 am (UTC).

Qualified Referrals: For the purpose of these Event Rules, the Qualified Referral shall mean a user of EVEDEX who: (i) created an account during the Event Period; (ii) has a total trading volume exceeding USDT 10,000 during the Event Period.

Who is participating:

Users who: (i) are eligible to trade on EVEDEX subject to the EVEDEX Terms of Use; (ii) have invited the Qualified Referrals.

Winners:

The winners are determined on the basis of the number of Qualified Referrals.

If the User has several referral codes, the number of Qualified Referrals shall be aggregated. Only direct Qualified Referrals are counted. Sub-referrals cannot be qualified as the Qualified Referral.

Prize Pool and Rewards:

The prize pool is USDT 500.

Users with the most Qualified Referrals will share the prize pool as follows:

• 1st: USDT 250

• 2nd: USDT 150

• 3rd: USDT 100

Winner Selection and Reward Distribution:

The winners will be determined on the basis of EVEDEX data as of 05 January 2026 11:59:59 am (UTC).

USDT rewards will be transferred to the EVEDEX accounts of respective users.

The final list of winners will be officially published on EVEDEX’s social media channels within 15 (fifteen) days following the end of the event.

Rewards shall be transferred within 30 (thirty) days following the official announcement of the results.

Terms & Conditions:

No payment or purchase is needed to participate. Rewards are provided solely based on the formula described above.

By participating in the contest, users agree to comply with all terms and conditions.

Only real trading volume is calculated for the purpose of the event. Any manipulative trading, HFT (high-frequency trading) or any other activities which cannot be reasonably qualified as good faith trading shall not be calculated for the purpose of the event.

Any dishonest, abusive and fraudulent activity can result in disqualification at the sole discretion of EVEDEX.

EVEDEX may disqualify, exclude, or adjust any results for: wash trading; self-matching; coordinated or circular trading; spoofing/layering; quote stuffing; abusive API usage aimed at artificial volume generation; account sharing; referral fraud; affiliation, partnership or other commercial arrangement with EVEDEX.

The personal data of users will only be processed as long as necessary for event operations.

Users are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from their participation in this event.

EVEDEX is not responsible for determining the legal status of cryptocurrency usage within any participants’ jurisdiction.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to EVEDEX’s use of their wallet (and, if separately agreed, likeness) for winner announcements and promotional materials relating to the Event, without additional compensation.

The event is not sponsored, supported or managed by any social media platform.

EVEDEX may modify, suspend, or cancel the Event if fraud, technical failures, market conditions, regulatory changes, or any other events impair its integrity or feasibility. No investment advice or solicitation is intended.
